Title : Environmental Health Impact Assessment (EHIA) process of environmental pulmonology for Sustainable Development
Abstract:
Investigations are recorded for the Environmental Health Impact Assessment (EHIA) process on environmental pulmonary health for sustainable development. Oxygen sag curve model is presented due to inhalation of automobile Respirable Suspended Particulate Matter (RSPM) that is less than 10 micrometre that is RSPM due to respirable suspended particulate matter air pollution less than ten microns. It is important to control RSPM for the control pulmonary oxygen respiratory health . Environmental toxicological experiments have been conducted RSPM consisting of heavy metals, dust-producing grinding dust particles, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, (PAHs) and organic compounds that Cause DNA and RNA damage, induce inflammation and causes the growth of cancer cell and tumour promoting chemical elements in cotton dust and byssinosis causing effects on naturally occurring mutations in X,Y and Z three axis routes. The particulate matter in the order of nanoparticles causes significant environmental health hazards. Diesel and petrol exhaust gases, industrial emissions, indoor level cooking and burning of fuels, long term exposures to cigarette smoking gases, and other ultra fine particles and cotton dust textile ginning mill and byssinosis disease test results are measured, monitored and controlled using air pollution control cascade impactor equipment. Respirable Particulate Matter (RSPM) smaller than 1 micron (PM1), a kind of air pollution, causes a high risk for pulmonary disorders because these particles can penetrate deep into the lungs, stomach and dermal root entering the blood stream through the alveoli and circulation over the body internally and externally. It has ability and efficacy to induce acute and chronic inflammation. Based on the tests, it was conducted that Environmental Pulmonary Health Impact Assessment (EPHIA) for sustainable development. Pulmonary alveolus or Pulmonary alveoli health impact assessment is proposed in this project,
